Hotel Cant del Gal

The hotel restaurant “Cant del Gal” was the first hotel in the Canali Valley. Initially an Alpine hut then a restaurant, later it became a quaint alpine hotel. This has made it a mark of reference for the inhabitants of the valley of Primiero and for many other holidaymakers who think of it as an important feature of this area. It has been completely renewed with all the standard comforts with the aim of keeping the fascinating old alpine atmosphere. The rooms can accommodate 25 people, have private bathrooms and tv-sat and are furnished with particular wood furniture. The restaurant is a meeting place for the lovers of refined cooking and where you can taste and be spoilt by the best traditional specialities of Prinierotta and Trentina food. There is a wide choice if top quality wines and “grappa”.
Banquets can be arranged in the dining room for groups visiting the Canali Valley and its Natural Parc.

The hotel is open all year round.

The hotels “Baita la Ritonda” and “Cant del Gal” are run by one family which makes it very easy to welcome groups travelling by coach who wish to relish the specialities of their restaurants or to live in the Canali Valley and Natural Parc of Pale di San Martino for a few days. At the hotels you will also find hotelbuses, private parking, child area and gardens. You will also find bikers and motobikers for hire and the opportunity to organize excursions with the mountain and mountainbike guides.
